These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YakRaz application and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use YakRaz. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms. Identity verification is required to access matchmaking.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may create only one personal account and may not use the Service on behalf of anyone else. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use & community rules
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others.
- Post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content.
- Solicit money, advertise, or use the Service for commercial purposes.
- Use bots, scrape data, or attempt to circumvent verification or security.
- Share another person's private information without consent.
We enforce our community rules through reports, blocks, warnings, strikes, and account removal, supported by both human review and automated tools.
4. Subscriptions & payments
YakRaz offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Gold and Platinum). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to the plan you select. Prices and benefits are shown in the app and on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; store-level refund policies apply.
5. Content & license
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant YakRaz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you share.
6. Safety & offline meetings
YakRaz provides safety features but cannot guarantee the conduct of any user. You are responsible for your own safety, including when meeting people offline. Always exercise caution and meet in public places.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our community rules, or where required to protect users or comply with law.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. YakRaz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app and the updated date shown here. The governing law and competent courts, and any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, are set out in the final version of these Terms.
